    Benergy BWB-24200AH 2.56KWH  (5KW) battery system is a kind of new hybrid photovoltaic energy system that combines solar energy storage, city charge, and AC sine wave output into one system. There is a battery pack 2.56KWH (Lifepo4 battery pack 25.6V 100AH) and an inverter of 2KW. 

    Customer can use it as portable inverter power station at home or outdoor.

    1. Cell selection: Choose LiFePO4 prismatic cells that meet the requirements of your application, such as voltage, capacity, and discharge rate. Make sure to also consider the physical dimensions of the cells and the pack design.

    2. Cell preparation: Before assembling the cells into a pack, it is important to ensure that all cells have the same state of charge and to balance the cells' voltages. This can be done by charging and discharging each cell individually or using a battery management system (BMS) that can balance the cells automatically.

    3. Pack design: Determine the configuration of the pack, such as the number of cells in series and parallel, based on the voltage and capacity requirements of your application. Consider the physical dimensions of the cells and how they will fit together in the pack.

    4. Assembly: Once you have selected the cells, prepared them and designed the pack, it's time to assemble the battery pack. This involves connecting the cells in series and parallel, using bus bars or other connectors, and securing them within the pack.

    5. Testing: After assembling the pack, it's important to test it to ensure that it meets the performance requirements and is safe to use. This includes testing the voltage, capacity, and discharge rate of the pack, as well as checking for any abnormal heating or voltage imbalances.
