Can I get battery samples from your factory?
Yes, but as battery costs is high, we will charge for the samples.

If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
We will responsible for all the quality problems. Please contact us directly once any products have quality problem.

What' s the delivery time ?
If our standard products, production time is 15-20 days, if OEM products, depends on your detail requirements.

What is the standard of package?
We use UN carton as export standard package or special package according to customer requirement.

Do you accept OEM business?
Yes, we welcome OEM or ODM work. You just need to provide Benergy your idea and we make your idea to real products.

We have ISO9001,CB, MSDS, UN38.3, CE, IEC62619 etc.

What' s your warranty time for Benergy lithium batteries?
Normally, we provide 2 years quality warranty for our batteries. If need longer warranty time, please let us know before place the orders.

Can Benergy lithium batteries replace lead acid batteries?
Yes. Benergy lithium batteries is more advanced batteries which can fully relace lead acid, Ni-MH, Ni-CD, AGM, GEL batteries.
