FAQ about Customized Service

How to start to customize a cell?

Firstly, if you just need to change PVC color , Logo, Label or terminal type. Just let us know your PVC color you need, Logo and Label you need to put. Benergy will confirm and change for you during the production. Secondly, if you need to develop a new types of cells, like special size cells, high C rate cells, fast charge cells, Low temperature batteries. Please provide us your size limitation, discharge rate which need to reach, charge rate need to reach, Benergy will evaluate and give you the solution, then provide samples, and then put into mass production.

How to customize a battery pack?

Please let us know your application detail, like you will use the battery pack for electric vehicles, solar or energy storage system. If you have size limitation for the battery pack. Our engineer will make the design based on your requirement and make sample battery packs for you first.

What will be the lead time if I customize the single cell/battery pack/charger?

It will depends on your detail requirement. If don't need tooling, lead time will be within 30 days.

If I need to put my own Logo, what should we prepare?

Please send us your design of your Logo, or the label you need to put, we will print your Logo or label for you.

Is there a additional charges if I need customize services?

This will depends on your requirements. If just put your own Logo, we will not charge additional. But if mold opening is required, there will be additional costs.
