Protection Function
- Overheat Protection
The charger features intelligent temperature control for safety. If the internal temperature exceeds 80°C, it automatically reduces the charging current to prevent overheating. When the temperature surpasses 85°C, the charger shuts down completely for protection. Once the temperature cools down, the charger automatically resumes charging, ensuring safe and efficient operation for electric vehicles like tricycles, rickshaws, and e-bikes.
- Short Circuit Protection
When the output get short-circuited, the charger wil automatically shutdown the output. After trouble shooting, the battery can resume charging
- Battery Reverse Connection Protection
When the battery is reverse connected, the internal circuit of the charger will automatically disconnect from the battery, without charging, without damaging the charger.
- Input low-voltage &Over-voltage Protection
If the input voltage is lower than 90V or higher than 264v, the charger will shut down protectively and automatically resume working when the voltage is normal again.
- Full Automatic Shutdown
Automatically shut down after full charge.
