Q1: How about the warranty? What you will do if the product in problem during 1 or 2 years? If refund should i return the goods?
A: The warranty of battery is 2 years. During the warranty we offer you free replacements for parts, no need to send back to china. The warranty period has expired , we will offer support but you need to pay for the parts component cost.
Q2: How long the delivery time if i order? How soon can you send out the goods?
A: We generally have cells in stock, to make battery packs take 1-2 weeks time, ODM OEM take 4-5 weeks time for customization.
Q3: What happen if i meet problem during instalation? Will you support and how?
A: Yes that we are 24 hours online to help, pls contact us by email or other way should anything need help,no matter technical service or after sale service.
Q4: What certificates do you have for your products? Can you provide sample for testing?
